For over six years, I've specialised in supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, birth and early motherhood. During that time, I've completed over 500 hours of specialist training, taught more than 1,800 hours of yoga, and had the privilege of supporting over 800 women in the perinatal space.

My Story

I was 26 weeks pregnant with my first daughter when I undertook my initial yoga teaching training. I immediately knew that I would look to deepen my knowledge and specialise in perinatal yoga, as I felt wonderfully connected and in tune with my emotions, body and baby. After years working as a consultant in strategy and data analytics, I found my Dharma, my sense of purpose. Fast forward a couple of years (and just after giving birth to my second daughter), I qualified as a Pre and Postnatal yoga teacher. Yoga for Mama was officially born in 2021, in the midst of the pandemic. Since then, every step of my professional development has been driven by one goal: to better support women through the profound transition into motherhood.

As for many women, my matrescence changed my priorities and pushed me towards feeling more aligned and working with integrity. Today, I dedicate my work to helping women feel informed, connected and supported throughout fertility, pregnancy, birth and early motherhood through movement, breathing, education and compassionate care.

As a (proud) mum of 2, I like to tap into my own story, birth and mothering experiences during my classes and make sure mamas are supported, held and listened to.

Early 2024, I embarked in my Master of Counselling in the aim of supporting maternal wellbeing in a wider and more holistic way.

I am also a family and kids yoga teacher and love helping little ones discover their body through movement, dance and play, while learning to welcome and work with their emotions through breathing.

Here is my biography in a nutshell! If you have any questions or want to see how I can support you, let's chat.

My approach consists in offering gentle sessions and providing women with tools to calm their nervous system, slow down, enjoy their pregnancy, prepare for birth, heal and embrace motherhood. My classes go beyond a standard yoga practice, as they are tailored to suit and address the specific needs and wants of women trying to conceive (TTC), as well as women who experienced loss, pregnant women and mothers (whether they are new to the ‘hood’ of motherhood, or not)

My Approach

My mission

My mission is to provide accessible and inclusive yoga practices for mothers at every stage of their journey. I believe in creating a supportive and nurturing space where mamas can prioritise their well-being, cultivate strength and flexibility, and find moments of peace amidst the beautiful chaos of motherhood. My aim is to empower mothers to embrace self-care, slow down, foster a deep mind-body connection, and discover the transformative power of yoga in enhancing both physical, mental and emotional wellness. Through my classes, resources, and community, I strive to be a guiding light for mamas seeking balance, restoration, and a sense of belonging on their unique path of motherhood. On the mat, and beyond.
