Yoga for Birth, 5-week program Starting JULY

For the mamas in their late 2nd and 3rd trimester, this 5-week program is designed to help you prepare for an active and positive birth experience. Each week, we are focusing on a different theme and work with movement, breath and sound to connect to yourself, your baby and other mamas-to-be. Program by Marion Loisance, experienced fertility and perinatal yoga teacher.
